VivaraAI is an artificial intelligence platform that delivers personalised astrological insights — including palm readings, Kundali analysis, chakra assessments, and horoscope interpretations — through a conversational AI named Enaya. We do not employ or connect you with human astrologers. Every interpretation you receive is generated entirely by AI.
Using the app means you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the app immediately.
You must be 18 or older. By using VivaraAI, you confirm this. The app is intended for personal use within India.
You register with your Google account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login details. You may hold only one account — registering multiple accounts is not allowed.
Everything Enaya tells you is generated by AI. Astrological interpretations are for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on them for major life decisions.
Emergency notice: If you are in crisis or danger, call emergency services immediately. Enaya cannot help in emergencies.
Certain features require a paid subscription or per-session credit. All payments are processed through our third-party payment partners. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
A refund may be considered if a verified technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing a service you paid for. Requests must be raised within 24 hours. Approved refunds are credited to your in-app wallet. Sessions that were delivered — even partially — are not eligible for refunds.
All content, branding, AI models, and technology on VivaraAI belong to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the issue. We are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or losses connected to astrological content generated by AI.
We may suspend or remove your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you through the app. Continuing to use the app after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
